Once a product is developed, it’s assessed on its performance to ascertain its performance. With training, what follows is doing an analysis or measurement of individual performance. Assignments are given to establish the connection between the first two steps and then draw a similarity to find the missing word. Therefore, it is important to focus on the word “develop.”
To develop simply means planning, expounding, testing various ideas and actualizing them. What follows after that is to confirm whether the intended goals were accomplished hence the need for assessment. Therefore, the idea in the first pair is something that requires evaluation. The same concept should be applied to the second pair. So training like a process should be measured or analyzed.
