What type of stores rely on their large size and very deep selection to try to dominate the market?

A

There are various stores of different sizes taking different types of products. Some are known as speciality stores due to their small size with the variety of limited products. There is another one known as a departmental store that can be huge but quite often has moderate selection since its focus is more on quality customer experience.

With discount stores, they come in different sizes although with a limited products selection because they rely on sales. Then again, there are anchor stores usually found in shopping centers and used to draw the attention of customers. The list is big but there are power retailers, which are large size and deep selection stores that try to dominate the market and increase sales. A typical example is Walmart.
